Our function suite is designed to give you complete comfort and flexibility, whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering of 10 or a celebration for up to 100 guests. You’ll enjoy exclusive use of your own private bar, along with access to a charming walled garden area complete with picnic tables — ideal for photos, fresh air, or simply relaxing between moments.

When it comes to catering, you can choose exactly what suits your occasion. From light snacks and bacon or sausage baps, to cooked breakfasts, buffets, or elegant five‑course meals, our team can accommodate most requirements. Whatever you select, we’ll ensure you and your guests enjoy a memorable and beautifully delivered experience.

Your room layout can be tailored to your needs, with options for a dance floor, disco, or live band. For conferences and corporate events, the suite is equipped with two screens, projectors, and a sound system to support your presentations, branding, and key messages.

Weddings

Here at Cold Ashby GC, you’ll discover a delightful setting for your wedding celebration. Set in the middle of 200 acres of stunning parkland, is the clubhouse and function suite with traditional oak beams and views over the lake. It’s the wedding reception venue that chooses itself.

You could get married in one of the delightful local churches or other period properties and then drive through our stunning parkland to your reception. Come and chat with us and see for yourself. Then, let us turn your dreams into reality.
